PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, cash, and check. I also accept Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) as payment.
I offer courtesy billing for clients who wish to use their out of network benefits and get reimbursed for my services. I use Reimbursify which allows clients to submit unlimited claims through their app. Learn more about this service here. I also have an integrated widget on this page where you can instantly check your OON benefits.
I understand that insurance plans can be confusing and frustrating at times. I am happy to help you determine your out of network benefits, assist with filing claims and answer any questions.

INSURANCE:
I do not accept insurance and am considered an “out of network provider”. I take your time and financial investment seriously, and being an OON provider allows me to spend more time researching, gathering resources, and investing in clinical training to best serve you.
With PPO insurance plans, you may be reimbursed in full or in part. I can provide you with a monthly superbill to give to your insurer. Please check your coverage by asking the following questions:
Does my plan provide out-of-network reimbursement for mental health?
Is there a deductible I need to meet before you will start to reimburse me?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What percentage of the fee do you cover?
CANCELATION POLICY
I kindly request at least 24 hours advance notice or you will be required to pay the full cost of the session, except in the case of emergencies. In the event of an unavoidable conflict, we may be able to make other arrangements to avoid the cancelation fee.
